  The cedar-sided cabin is the perfect rustic mountain cabin, located in 2+ secluded, heavily -wooded acres in the Compass Creek area. Compass Creek borders the Nantahala National Forest and was at one time being considered for acquisition by the National Forest Service because of its beauty.  The cabin is cedar tongue and groove throughout, for a rustic mountain feeling. And it is tastefully decorated for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Accomodations are stylish, with a luscious leather sofa and club chair in the living room, with its huge wood-burning stone fireplace. Plus, there are lots of outside living areas to enjoy the creek too - a deck off the living room, a screened sleeping porch with gas fireplace, and an outdoor dining area perched off the creek. A king bed in the master bedroom with its private bath and a queen log bed in the second bedoom accomodates 4 guests comfortably (up to 6 guests plus 2 pets are allowed). Additional rental cabins are available on Compass Creek if you would like to accomodate other parties nearby. |

 Rental includes most of the comforts of home:
satelite television in the living room and bedrooms (with TIVO in the
living room!), small stereo, cordless telephones, hi-ct linens, plush
towels, washer/dryer, gas barbecue and a fully-equipped kitchen. As a
special bonus we include UNLIMITED DOMESTIC LONG DISTANCE, PRINTER and
FAX for all your communication needs. |

minutes from boating or dining on Lake
Chatuge (one of the most beautiful lakes in the mountain
region), a fireside lunch mountainview at The Ridges Golf Resort,
tubing down the Hiawassee River, horseback riding, or shopping at the
